One-to-one fifty minute sessions are held in my studio at my home in Caversham. The exercises are mainly performed lying on the floor. Exercise mats are provided; I also use weighted balls, foam rollers, and dynabands. You should wear loose, comfortable track suit-type jogging bottoms and sweatshirt.
